Together with our client we rapidly iterated through POCs until we found traction. In the Company Building phase we acted as interim CTO and CMO and supported building an internal team. Our solutions empowered a rapidly scaling team of drivers with technology to safely manage the purchasing of large volumes of metal, including metal recognition, automated pricing-mechanisms and route optimisation.
Our customer is one of Europe’s largest family owned industrial holdings with ca. € 5bn in annual revenues. In the early project phase we worked with the Company’s digital innovation team, directed by Haniel Group’s CTO. In the Company Building phase we reported to the business unit’s CEO.
